2014 Summer Spatial Institutes

Summer 2018 Spatial Institutes show NH teachers how to use mapping in the classroom, online and in the field

June 2018 - The NH Educational GIS Partnership will offer a series of institutes this summer spread across multiple locations designed to help NH teachers to learn how to use GPS and GIS in the classroom.

The 2018 Summer Spatial Institutes workshops will be offered in Contoocook and North Woodstock (both in NH) between late June and mid-August.  Topics will include GIS and GPS basics, teaching with ArcGIS Online, collecting data with mobile devices, managing classes and schools in ArcGIS Online, using GIS to work in watersheds, conducting analysis with ArcGIS Online and using imagery in the classroom.
